My first feast was Calafia's 20th anniversary.  We serve around 200.  The
menu was(I am sure there were more side dishes, but this was 10 years ago
and my memory fails me.)


Meat pies
nuts

Lamb
bread
fruit
soup

chicken in a red wine orange sauce stuffed with a grain and oranges
carrots
mushrooms

We discovered that even thought the recipe did not say to one should cook
all grains BEFORE they go in the chickens.

Red pepper blossoms, even when frozen.

Curry glows when frozen.

The Abby of Lang can make obscene things out of bread, dip and apples.
