It's not the fish recipe we did here - that one was much simpler and didn't 
even specify what to boil the fish in, so that some of us used water and some 
fish broth from cooking the head, tail, etc.  It's that specific recipe I'm 
looking for, as I need a fishdish which is served cold, and this one 
specifically was.

I had already looked at the Sauce for Pigoens as an option - don't hink I'd 
seen the other one.  Thanks!
