Where are you located?  Due to the local Hutterite (think Amish with cars)
colonies, I can get freshly killed geese in the fall for $1/lb. (They also
have the best tasting turkeys I've ever had, but it's hard to talk them out
of ducks--no profit margin.)  I don't think it would cost that much to ship
them to you with dry ice.  Let me know.
