SC - Oxymel, anyone?

Greetings, the list.

I'm trying to put together an article about sekanjabin and other
oxymels, i.e. sugar/honey and vinegar syrups used as medicinal
drinks. I have a lot of mentions in Hippocrates, two recipes from an
Anglo-Saxon leechbook, Cariadoc's sekanjabin recipes, and a
Florilegium reference to Platina (haven't dug out the Platina
reference yet). Has anyone come across any other recipes in any
medieval or Renaissance source at all for a syrup/vinegar drink, not
necessarily called oxymel? I'm particularly interested in herbal
infusions of oxymel, like the mint one in Cariadoc's miscellany.

(I'll web the article when it's finished and post the URL, if anyone
else is interested in these references)

Many thanks,
JdH
