Since I didn't make it I'll just have to hazard a guess until I look up a
recipe.

It's basically an enhanced bean dip with mashed pinto beans topped with cheese,

lettuce, sour cream, olives, onions, tomatoes, and salsa or peppers. It is
usually
served at room temperature and tortilla chips are dipped into it.
