Greetings all

I'm just a guest on your list since I had bad luck with my Xmas present for
my husband. His collection of cook book facsimiles is quite big, and he
already owned the one I got as present. That's what you get for not
searching thoroughly :-(.
So I thought I'll pass it on for what it cost me and let somebody else be
happy with it:

"Das Rhein-Fraenkische Kochbuch von 1445" - (it's all in German)

The book consists of three parts: the facsimile, a transcription of the
recipes, and a translation of the recipes into modern German with lots of
explanations.
The recipes are part of a manuscript kept in Berlin and cover a lot of
meatless dishes from the Rhine/Frankonian area. It's the third of the three
facsimiles Tupper had published. It will cost 40 $. If you are interested,
please contact me privatly, as I'm not on this list.

Thanks and bye,
