The Order of the Rose, which I thought was a Society-wide Order, is made up of
those gentles who have served as consort to a Crown.  Membership isn't automatic,
but I've never seen it not being conveyed to a Queen who was stepping down.  It's
usually done at the same time as County rank is conferred.
