try decortating it with edible flowers like the original says and its VERY
impressive  :) (we did this for the seminar I did for the ROmance Writers
of America and they were very impressed).
pansies work well. dont put them on till near the end so they dont burn.
have fun! :) introducing people to the wonders of medieval food is one of
my own soapboxes and its way fun :)
