Obviously your autocrat hasn't priced cheese lately. :-) A perfect example of 
leaving the  menu/purchase descision in the hands of the Kitchen Steward, IMO.

BTW, if he/she really does have access to 'cheap' cheese, I would love to 
know the source.......
