My Lady has taken up the Atkins diet, and shed 34 pounds in three months. 
This is entirely her idea I assure you, as I love and desire her just as much 
as when we were first married. She cites health reasons, and I support her. 
It's interesting in that I'm learning a whole new way to cook.

It was interesting to me to see the difference in the way she carries herself 
after the weight loss... and how many people noticed the different attitude. 
I laughed to watch two guys tripping over themselves to open the door for her 
as I dropped her off at work.

I tell her I'm keeping my eye out for competition now.<G>
