SC - spanish salad commentary

OK I give up!

sometime in the last several months somebody was discussing information on
period spanish salad consumption.  not period recipes but metion of
purchases in inventories, and possibly menus.  I've searched through all the
old messages [and the florilegeum], but Outlook's search engine isn't up to
the task of finding this needle in a haystack.  you'd be surprised how many
messages over time have included words like salad, vinegar and spain ;->

does anyone remember sending/archiving this message that could possibly
resend to me?
