SC - re: cheesecake judging laurels

A Midrealm laurel says the contestant should bake at least 4 - all of them
period w/ no less than 5 pages of documentation, followed by a class on the
making of cheesecakes in period. The class should include a discussion of
cheese production and poultry breeding for the size of eggs used for each point
of origin and time period for the cheesecake.
