I know the feeling.  My daughter broke her arm but was to do a dessert table 
for a fund raiser.  She needed 3 cheesecakes and a double recipe for 
merange.  I had sores on my hands and could barely lift my arms the next day 
~ but I now own a Black and Decker rechargeable mixer...
