SC - My Goose, not yet cooked...

Well, Beacon's Gate Boar Hunt 2000 is now 1-1/2 months behind me. As 
i mentioned, i was asked to do it again, and i (gulp) agreed.

Now i'm toying with the idea of cooking goose along with the roast 
pork. Is this a reasonable idea for 80-90 people? Roughly, how many 
people does a modern goose feed?

I worry about how to cook my goose when i get an idea of whether or 
not this is possibly affordable.
