If I were in Adamastor I'd get some of the snoek from that nice little man 
in Obs who smokes them over old wine-barrel staves. Every day's a fast day 
when you can get that stuff!

Oh my, that sounds good!  I've seen recipes for pickled snoek, but not 
smoked.  Hmm... wine-barrel staves.  I can get ahold of old wine barrels for 
about US$50 a pop; could be interesting...

BTW, what does snoek taste like?
