Subject: [SCA-U] T'ang Dynasty Cookbook
Noble Cousins!
I am looking for a T'ang Dynasty Cookbook (if such exists) in either
classical Chinese or in English translation. I am also looking for
any Chinese cooking information ca 700 CE. If anyone has information
about this stuff, please send it to me.
What is going on. I am trying to reconstruct Japanese cookery. At
one point, the Japanese court was eating Chinese cuisine.
I am also interested in Indian and Persian and especially Buddhist
cooking from about the same period.
