SC - Oxymel, anyone?

Take a look at the chapter of drinks (including sekanjabin) in the 
13th c. Andalusian cookbook, webbed on my site.

There's also a reference to sekanjabin in the Fihrist of al-Nadim. I 
think the translation may even refer to oxymel.
