Dry Ice (Re: [Sca-cooks] Kitchens)

I can get it in atlanta at many Publix and Ingles grocery stores.  Just ask at the cusomter service desk.  It is probably the size of the market that has made it so available to us here . . . . that and how quick the ice melts in the insane August heat.  try asking managers at local food stores if they can and wil order it.  They may be delighted to do something unusual for a regular customer.
