[Sca-cooks] Dutch Ovens & Potijes

hey all from Anne-Marie

in my 15th century re-enactor household we use the cast iron potijes. They
are lighter in weight than the Lodge cast iron but work great.

I also use a clay pipkin which I LOVE! you can buy them from several
sources, including historicenterprises.com and a local potter Jeanne Wood
at pottery at moscow.com.
