Kitchens? Pfth. What I want is a market at Pennsic, selling fresh veggies
(period only) and bread and meat. But I'd make allowances for sweet
corn. ;-)

Actually, I'd like a period kitchen like the Abbot's kitchen at
Glastonbury Abbey. [swoon]
