[Sca-cooks] Baking bread at Pennsic [was OOP: Coleman oven]

We actually have one of those Red Devil grill/cookers and it can be used, with its
dome cover, as an oven.  I've done roasts in it, but have yet to try baking
anything, though the information that came with it says that it will work.  We
just may give it a whirl at Pennsic.
