I would like to post my thanks in public to
Huette von Ahrens for sending me a copy of
"Medieval Arab Cookery". I won't go into
details of the gift but I really do appreciate
it. I'm unworthy.

It's a wonderful book so far. I just got it
this weekend and haven't had the opportunity
to sit down and devour it. But some of the
stuff in it is amazing!

Lets see...I'll be helping out with the
Barony of the Steppes Artisan event in August.
I'm thinking Arabic for some reason....
