[Sca-cooks] Potato Soup Recipe?

Hi, y'all:

I cannot find, and wish to locate, the cream-of-potato soup recipe from
1596.  I know the HOW of cooking it, but need/want documentation for a meal
I am preparing.  Lost my copy with the citation, and have not found it in
searching the Internet and Florilegium.

The first run of dishes was well-received.  I was asked to submit the
completed proposal this month so it can be considered for the event bid in
July.  The potato soup is in the first course, and I want my proposal to
include specific documentation as much as possible (that's me).

If anybody can point me at the recipe, or post it or forward it, I would be
much appreciative.
