[Sca-cooks] Remember Subject Headers

This is just a reminder to change the Subject
Header when a discussion goes far beyond what
is noted in the title.

The latest example is "Tiramisu" which has
become a conversation about Okra. Okra and
Tiramisu are two different animals. There could
be something very interesting going on in a
thread that I'm automatically deleteing because
I think it's still on a subject I have no interest
in.
