Hmm, doesn't have quite the same ring as "and Hell rode after him", but what
the hay!

I'd really like to see Iron Chef some time but I doubt English TV will ever
get it. We have "Ready Steady Cook" instead, which can be very silly but
does sound rather more tasteful [images of Japanese endurance gameshows
traumatizing my mind's eye].
