[Sca-cooks] A challenge to all cooks!

Prince Dwain of the Kingdom of Dibley, a Mythical SCA kingdom, has stated he
his taking bids on his Coronation feast. He has some requests and
restrictions though.
It must be three Courses, and a desert course. Each course must be unique
unto itself and be of the following three categories. One Course must be
Central European, One Mediterraean, and one must be English/Scandanavian.
the Desert course must be Arabic.

Prince Dwain is allergic to Mushrooms and his Consort to Nuts.  Have fun! I
look forward to seeing what you all come up with.   Oh and there is a
restriction of $900 and the feast is for 150 including the retinue.
