Would this be his article "Tempering Medieval Foods" in _Food in the Middle
Ages: A Book of Essays_, ed. Melitta Weiss Adamson, New York, Garland Pub.,
1995? Or his presentation on "Mixing It Up in the Medieval Kitchen," in
_Medieval Food and Drink_, ed. Mary Jo Arn, Proceedings of the ACTA
Conference held at Binghamton University in 1994 (sold by Poison Pen Press)?
