[Sca-cooks] True sandwich

The fellow at the local grill knows how to make _my_ version of the one true
sandwich; ribeye steak seared on an open flame, rare, with a little salt and
pepper on white bread.  Sometimes for a treat he will put a few barely
cooked pieces of onion on it.

Olwen who when asked about her diet replies "give me a knife and a cow"
