[Sca-cooks] health

If it's a healthy mind, we're probably all in trouble.  If we were completely
mentally healthy, would we agree to slave for hours over a hot stove to feed
large numbers of people?  Or spend copious quantities of time digging into
obscure sources to find good period recipes?
