Thanks Stefan! 8)  I already printed out both of these!  they are my
"beginning" to start!  As for the sekanjabin...I have HG Cariodoc's
Miscellany and took the honey/vinegar directly from the unredacted recipe
(it's sort of a "tag" at the end of the "simple syrup" one.)
