However, that doesn't involve use of the consecrated (or unconsecrated)
Host, just a little water. Misuse of the Host is very serious offense,
which is why if a Protestant goes to church with a Catholic, the Catholic
is supposed to tell them not to take communion, unless they are one of the
small number of sects whose teaching about communion matches the Catholic
teachings. 

(Nowadays maternity paperwork includes a notation as to whether the family
is Catholic/orthodox/etc so that should trouble occur, the baby can be
baptised... my baby brother was baptised at least 3 times that we know of,
twice in the hospital and once in Church)
