Thank you.  I realize that there is not necessarily one right answer 
when redacting a recipe, but I wanted to understand how you came 
to a different answer than I did.  The use of "thin cakes" rather than 
"foil" is something I did not notice, though I have used similar 
textual clues in Spanish texts.
