One of my big TV chef heroes is Father Dominic, of "Breaking Bread with 
Father Dominic".  He's an actual monk (either Benedictine or Dominican; 
memory fails me at the moment) working in a monastery in Illinois, and he 
handles the baking for the community.  He's very enthusiastic and 
informative, and he's a goof.  Try to catch is Jacques Cousteau impressions 
sometime.  You'll never look at your whisks the same again.
