Yes. Right now it is earmarked for the heretics-msg file, although 
since I just updated that file yesterday, thinking that this thread was
finished, it may be a while. I'm also wondering if it might better
be placed elsewhere, since most of the message didn't have much to
do with the Cathars specifically but it did have some. Maybe fd-France-msg,
which doesn't currently exist.
