I don't know exactly where you are in central PA, but I can't imagine you're
more than two hours from a decent food center - Harrisburg, Reading, York, Lancaster,
Williamsport, Erie...  Wegmans has a great selection of such ingredients, and
they have stores in Williamsport, Erie, Scranton, Wilkes-Barre and Allentown.
 If all else fails, I'm sure you travel to events in better areas, or you can
meet people at not-far-away events (like myself or Jadwiga) who can get this
stuff readily.  Granted, such an arrangement wouldn't help for an ingredient
you need *tonight*, but it's not outside the realm of good planning :)
