Has anyone yet mentioned "The Colorful Cook"?  It's a recent 
Complete Anachronist written by Mistress Sincgiefu and Dame 
Alys Katherine, both of this list.  It contains a very detailed list of 
period food dyes.  No doubt it can be ordered from the Stock Clerk.
