SC - OT: Is a propane stove safe indoors?

I have used my stove indoors, but near a window slightly opened to vent it.


Have you put up water yet??

who is expecting 2-3feet of snow where she lives(Westpoint)  but because of 
living in a rural community, is used to dealing with no power(fireplace, 
wood, portable stove,portable toilet, water tanks, propane stove, candles, 
flashlight,battery radio, cell phone,etc...) We  lost the power for six days 
during the last major storm.
