One more question re: Iopema Alba;  

You mentioned the I. alba forms a tuber...do you know
if it is edible?  I still can't find any reference to
this plant (though I haven't looked up "morning
glory"), but if the tuber is edible, I may be able to
find it in one of the more obscure produce buying
guides...
