Irish!

Just joking.  Actually, I haven't made up my mind completely.  There is no 
other restriction on the theme dish (like veggies or meat or dessert) and 
there is no rule that I can't make more than one.  One the other hand, I am 
a rule breaker, like last month was veggies and I brought hedge-hogs.  I 
figured with all those veggies we would need a little protein.
