SC - OT: Is a propane stove safe indoors?

Hello everyone,

Any kitchen stove that is not electric is a gas stove, and many in rural 
areas are propane, so as long as the usual precautions are followed, and 
there is some ventilation, why should it be any more dangerous than any other 
method of cooking?  We also have a wood cookstove which we use sometimes.

We just finished cooking a small feast on portable professional propane 
stoves.
