I recently compiled a listing of all of the "National Day of xxxx"
observances I could find that had to do with food. (A project to help
coordinate promotions at work.) For example, today didn't have a listing
for food (it is my sister's birthday, though), but yesterday was:
National Chocolate Cheesecake Day - Mar. 6th, and tomorow will be:
National Peanut Cluster Day - Mar. 8th. My personal favorite is: Sneak
Some Zucchini Onto Your Neighbor’s Porch Night - Aug. 8th.
So, Lainie, keep your bags of seasonal abundance until August 8th, and
then do some late-night produce gifting!
