I started cooking in Iran, but everything was "little bits". Well, if the 
heat burned the muffins before they were done, turn it down next time a 
Little Bit.... I don't think anyone ever told me there was a "formula" till I 
got back to states. Then I found out because I had to change my methods of 
cooking again....
