Whoa!  Martin Yan?  BAD???  Holy Toledo....did you
know he is the ONLY person in the entire world to be a
Certified Master Chef in BOTH China and America?  Did
you know that his technique (both in knife use and
seasoning) has been deemed "perfect" by a huge number
of the world's top chefs?

Yeah, his show is a little corny, though...
