Yes, I have just seen the Cambridge History of Food.  What a great book.

I live in Medellin Colombis South America.  As you can  imagine the food =
here is quite different from North American cusine.  Also the main =
language here is Spanish.  Medellin has 3 million people but just one =
English library.  I think I was the first person to look at this book in =
the library.
