Are you talking about Pork Loin, or Pork Tenderloin? 
There is a HUGE difference in size on these two cuts. 
The Loin is fairly decent size, but the tenderloin is
about 1 to 1 1/2 inches in diameter, and only about 10
to 13 inches long.  One of these would only feed about
2 people.  They are usually packaged two to the pack
in the supermarket.

One good sized pork Loin, on the other hand, should
feed 8 people nicely.
