It works just great with nonfat yogurt, which makes a workable if somewhat tart alternative to the commercially available "nonfat cream cheese" which has an unpleasantly gummy mouth-feel to my way of thinking.  A little sugar [or reasonable facsimile] and cinnamon in it might satisfy your sweet tooth.
