Sailor eats Captain's banana...sailor doesn't want
Captain to notice he has eaten his banana...sailor is
afraid of being flogged or keel-hauled...sailor slips
banana peel into cargo crate....ship lands in
England...cargo is unloaded and hauled to buyer's
residence...buyer opens crate...finds banana
peel...says "What the bloody hell is *this* thing?  I
didn't order *this*!!"...tosses peel in midden.

Or not.
