I would describe them as "earthy and mildly pungent,
with a trace of sweetness and a smooth, creamy
texture."

If I were a wine critic, I would describe them as
"Naughty, yet gregarious...playful and a bit sassy,
with a long thin green aftertaste and pronounced
flavors of chocolate, almond and Metamucil... if
Turnips were a child, I would slap them on the
nose..."

Of course, if I were a wine critic, I would also be
piss drunk half the time...
