Well, that may well be the only thing wrong with the 2nd edition... My
copy went home with a would-be cook who disappeared, so I can't tell you.
After all, everybody makes mistakes sometimes: my favorite history book,
Europe, by Norman Davies, had lots of errors in the first edition... and I
still keep my first edition.

(Why is it when you are a librarian with defined interests, nobody ever
buys you non-fiction books for your birthday or Christmas? I've been
holding out on Brother Cadfael's Herb Garden and Pleyn Delit for several
years now hoping someone will give them to me, because I can't justify
spending the money!)
