Are you allergic to the basic ingredients of the wine, the yeast, the
alcohol, or the sulfites?

Most of the people I know who have an allergy to wine are allergic to the
sulfites.  If that is the case, you might check out a book entitled
Consumer's Guide to Organic Wine.
